Created entirely of iron and steel (this is not just an old steel barrel) fashioned and constructed by a talented amateur. Impossible to accurately date, we're guessing the 1970's or so. Discovered tucked away and covered in an old metal shop near Indianapolis, IN. Racking inside the lockable drum holds up to 20 bottles. Sits on old casters that are a bit sticky. We ordered a new 36" diameter, 1/2" thick beveled tempered glass top which rests on four iron pegs, topped by rubber pads. We also added a remarkable reproduction solid steel skeleton keyed padlock as shown. Overall height is 41" with a diameter of 32". The brand new tempered glass is 36" in diameter.
