Nice bit of beauty care history from the 1920's is this celluloid fingernail buffer in a celluloid case. No splits or cracks. Buffer pad shows only minor wear. Measures 5" long. Celluloids are a class of materials produced by mixing nitrocellulose and camphor, often with added dyes and other agents
