Using the glaze color and finish, as well as the details of the pot itself we're fairly convinced this is a Hull piece. Decorative hand painted details would have been done after purchase by a talented amateur. In very good condition with only two glaze loses around rim as shown. Marked USA on bottom. Measures 9.5 in diameter and is 7" high.
